Return Window

We accept returns initiated within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within that window.

Item Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of deodorant, makeup, or any other stains
• Tags attached
• In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Refund Method

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. No cash or card refunds are available.

Return & Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — La Te Da is not responsible for lost return packages.

Final Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Beauty products
• Jewelry
