Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and ship within 2–3 business days via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $125
• $7 flat rate on orders $125 and under
• Continental United States only

Order Tracking

Track your package using the tracking number sent to your email. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

In-Store Pickup

Orders can also be picked up at La Te Da. Contact us to arrange a pickup time that works for you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive as expected, please contact us right away. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right.
